How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Optimize your printer setup by adjusting the print parameters for precision. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl with ease and accuracy.

Cutting

-Cut out the image manually or employ the efficiency of a cutting machine for best results.

-Image Removing

Easily remove the printed top layer from the PET base, transferring it seamlessly to the transfer film.

Transferring

-Prepare your heat press machine by preheating it to an optimal temperature of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Place your coated material onto the textile, ensuring the printed image faces upwards for perfect transfer.

-Apply pressure for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Cool peel the transfer film, which can be re-used multiple times for continuous creativity.

 

Washing

-For optimal results, refrain from washing the textile for 24 hours post-transfer.

-Gently wash in cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF, to preserve image quality.
-Avoid the use of strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Handle with care by avoiding friction on the transfer pattern during hand washing. -Air dry by hanging in the shade for best longevity of the prints.
-Refrain from dry cleaning to maintain the integrity of the transfer.
