Our diverse selection includes three specialized types of Eco-solvent heat transfer film-tailored for dark fabrics, anti-sublimation applications, and light fabrics-across five unique models (ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, ECO-L3), each offering distinct advantages to suit your creative needs.

In addition, we provide Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper for expanded printing versatility.

These exceptional products are designed to satisfy a wide range of performance criteria, ensuring that all customer expectations are met with precision.

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

- Printer setup: Configure the printer with the appropriate parameters before beginning. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl, achieving brilliant results.

Cutting

- Use either manual or machine methods to carefully cut out the printed image.

- Image Removing

Detach the printed top layer from the PET base to the transfer film for seamless transfer.

Transferring

- Preheat your heat press machine to an optimal temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

- Position the coating on the textile with the printed side up.

- Firmly press down for 15-30 seconds, then remove and allow to cool peel for a clean transfer. Plus, our transfer film is reusable!

 

Washing

- For best results, avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.

- Wash in cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF.
- Refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, avoid scrubbing the transferred design to preserve its integrity. Line-dry in the shade is recommended for longevity.
- Dry cleaning is not recommended.
