Printing: Begin your creative journey by calibrating your printer to perfection. Assure every setting is fine-tuned for superior results. -Printer setup: Meticulously adjust each print parameter for excellence. Bring your vivid designs to life on the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, guaranteeing vivid and enduring prints.
Cutting: Precision is paramount. -Cut out the image: Utilize either traditional methods or advanced machinery to achieve precise cuts.
-Image Removing: Separate with precision and care.
Delicately remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a spotless transfer every time.
Transferring: Witness the enchanting transformation. -Preheat your heat press to an exact 125-165ºC/257-329°F,to guarantee optimal adhesive bonding.
-Position the coating on the fabric with the printed side up to ensure a flawless application.
-Apply firm pressure for 15-30 seconds, then remove and cool peel the transfer film. Savor the versatility of reusable transfer films for numerous applications.
Washing: Preserve your design's pristine condition. -Avoid washing the fabric within 24 hours post-transfer to uphold quality.
-Choose cold or warm water below 40ºC/104ºF to sustain the design's vibrancy.
-Steer clear of strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Gentle hand washing is advised, avoiding any abrasion to the transfer pattern. Do not twist; line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Avoid dry cleaning to extend the longevity of your design.
