Operation Instructions
Printing Process -Printer Setup: Ensure optimal print parameters are configured prior to printing. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting Procedure -Precisely cut out the printed image, either manually or using a cutting machine.
-Image Removal
Effortlessly remove the top printed layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base, transferring it onto the film.
Transferring Technique -Preheat your heat press machine to an ideal temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Position the coated transfer film onto the textile, ensuring the printed image faces upwards.
-Apply pressure for 15-30 seconds, then carefully remove the textile. Cool peel the transfer film for best results. (The transfer film is reusable.)
Washing Guidelines -For optimal results, refrain from washing the textile for at least 24 hours post-transfer.
-Clean the textile using cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF.
-Avoid harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently wash without scrubbing the transfer pattern. -Refrain from wringing. Line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Do not dry clean your textile.
