Printing begins with the meticulous setup of your printer. Ensure each parameter is finely adjusted to achieve optimal, high-quality results. -Printer setup: Carefully configure the print parameters to perfection before commencing. Print your chosen designs onto the rich, dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, ensuring that prints are both vibrant and enduring.
Cutting: Precision and accuracy are paramount. -Cut out the image: Utilize either manual techniques or state-of-the-art machinery to execute precise cuts.
-Image Removing: Separate with precision and ease.
Gently detach the printed top layer of the transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a smooth and immaculate transfer each time.
Transferring: Witness the transformative magic. -Preheat your heat press to a precise temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F,guaranteeing optimal adhesive strength and effect.
-Position the coating meticulously on the textile, ensuring the printed side faces upwards for an impeccable application.
-Apply firm pressure for 15-30 seconds, then remove and allow the transfer film to cool peel. Revel in the advantage of reusable transfer films for various applications.
Washing: Maintain the pristine quality of your designs. -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to ensure the preservation of quality.
-Choose cold or warm water below 40ºC/104ºF to maintain the vibrancy of your design.
-Steer clear of strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Gentle hand washing is advisable, avoiding any friction on the transfer pattern. Refrain from twisting, and opt for line-drying in the shade.
-Avoid dry cleaning to extend the longevity of your design.
