How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Begin by setting up your printer. Adjust print parameters to suit your project, then print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl for brilliant results.

Cutting

-Precisely cut out the image, either manually or with the aid of a machine.

-Image Removing

Carefully remove the printed top layer of the transfer vinyl from the pet base, preparing it for application onto the transfer film.

Transferring

-Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature between 125-165ºC/257-329°F to ensure optimal results.

-Position the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards for perfect alignment.

-Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile and allow to cool. Peel the transfer film gently for reuse.

 

Washing

-Refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to maintain image quality.

-When washing, use cold or warm water not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF to preserve the fabric.
-Avoid using strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. During hand washing, gently handle the transfer pattern, and do not wring. Line-dry in the shade for best results.
-Please avoid dry cleaning to ensure longevity.
