Printing begins with setting up your printer to perfection. Ensure every parameter is adjusted for optimal results. -Printer setup: Configure the print parameters meticulously before starting. Print your desired designs onto the rich, dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, ensuring vibrant and lasting prints.
Cutting: Precision is key. -Cut out the image: Employ either manual techniques or cutting-edge machinery to achieve exact cuts.
-Image Removing: Separate with finesse.
Carefully remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a clean transfer every time.
Transferring: Experience the magic of transformation. -Preheat your heat press to a precise 125-165ºC/257-329°F,ensuring optimal adhesive strength.
-Position the coating on the textile with the printed side facing upwards for a flawless application.
-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove and cool peel the transfer film. Enjoy the benefit of reusable transfer films for multiple applications.
Washing: Keep your designs pristine. -Refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to preserve quality.
-Opt for cold or warm water below 40ºC/104ºF to maintain the design's vibrancy.
-Avoid strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Gentle hand washing is recommended, avoiding abrasion of the transfer pattern. Do not twist, and line-dry in the shade is suggested.
-Steer clear of dry cleaning to prolong the life of your design.
