The light-colored eco-solvent transfer film vinyl R&D by our company is especially applied to eco-solvent inkjet printers, and is suitable for transferring exquisite images onto various light-colored textiles and leather, such as gym wears, T-shirts,hats, bags, sofa cushions and mouse pads.
Eco-solvent print heat transfer vinyl has made the garment printing process simple. Instead of plate making, it can transfer the printed pattern directly onto fabrics.Thus, it is particularly suitable for the production of small quantities of personalized products. The light-colored eco-solvent inkjet transfer vinyl is of high quality with lower transfer temperature. It can be cut smoothly, and the patterns transferred are characterized as high-resilient, soft, and bearing superior color fastness to washing, friction and yellowing.
Operation Instructions
Printing
-Printer setup. Set the print parameters before printing. Mirror print the wanted image onto the light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting
-Cut out the image manually or by machine.
Transferring
-Cut/peel off the blank part around the image, place the image-printed vinyl on the textile with image facing down, then put on an isolation paper on it. Preheat the heat transfer machine to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF,press down for 5-15 seconds and then remove the textile, cool peel the pet base.
Washing
-It's best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after the transfer.
-Washing the textile in cold or warm water under 40ºC/104ºF. Do not use strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Avoid rubbing the transfer pattern when hand washing.
-Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Do not dry clean.
