How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Prepare your printer setup by adjusting the necessary print parameters. Proceed with mirror printing your chosen image onto our light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl for optimal results.

Cutting
-Precisely cut out the desired image, whether manually or with a cutting machine, for perfect application.

Transferring
-Remove the excess vinyl around the image. Position the printed vinyl on your textile, image side down, and cover with isolation paper. Preheat your heat transfer machine to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF. Press for 5-15 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow it to cool before peeling off the PET base.

Washing
-For best results, avoid washing the textile for 24 hours post-transfer.
-When washing, use cold or warm water not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF. Steer clear of strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Be gentle with the transfer pattern when hand washing to preserve its quality.
-Refrain from wringing. Opt for line-drying in the shade to maintain the integrity of your design.
-Avoid dry cleaning to ensure longevity of the transfer.
