Eco-solvent print heat transfer vinyl revolutionizes garment printing by eliminating plate making. Easily transfer printed patterns directly onto fabrics, making it ideal for crafting small batches of customized products. Our high-quality, light-colored eco-solvent inkjet transfer vinyl boasts a lower transfer temperature, smooth cutting, and results in high-resilience, softness, and unparalleled color fastness against washing, friction, and yellowing.

 

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Begin by setting up your printer with appropriate parameters. Mirror print your desired image onto the light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl.

Cutting
-Effortlessly cut the image using manual methods or precision machinery.

Transferring
-Trim away the excess material around the image. Position the printed vinyl on your textile with the image facing down, cover it with isolation paper. Preheat your heat transfer machine to a precise 125-165ºC/257-329ºF, press for 5-15 seconds, then remove the textile. Cool peel the pet base to reveal your design.

Washing
-Refrain from washing the freshly transferred textile for at least 24 hours.
-Gently wash the textile in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF./104ºF. Avoid harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Handle the transfer pattern with care during hand washing to maintain its integrity.
-To preserve quality, do not wring. Opt for line-drying in a shaded area.
-Avoid dry cleaning to maintain the vinyl's vibrant quality and resilience.
