How to work?

Comprehensive Operation Instructions

Printing Process

-Printer setup. Configure the print parameters meticulously before initiating the printing process. Carefully print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl, ensuring vivid detail and clarity.

Cutting Process

-Efficiently cut out the printed imagery, either manually or using precision machinery.

-Image Removal for Flawless Transfers

Effortlessly remove the top layer of the transfer vinyl, ensuring a flawless image transfer onto the transfer film from the PET base.

Transferring Process

-Preheat your heat press machine to an optimal temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F for perfect transfer results.

-Position the coating onto the chosen textile with precision, ensuring the printed image faces upwards for optimal transfer quality.

-Firmly press down for 15-30 seconds, then carefully remove the textile. Cool peel the transfer film, which can be reused multiple times for sustainable application.

 

Washing Care Instructions

-Refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to ensure longevity and vibrancy of the design.

-For routine care, wash textiles in cold or warm water not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF.
-Avoid harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently wash to preserve the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade for best results.
-Avoid dry cleaning to maintain the quality of your transfer.
