Printing begins with setting up your printer to perfection. Ensure every parameter is adjusted meticulously for achieving optimal results that stand out. -Printer setup: Before you start, configure all print parameters with precision. Print your desired designs onto the luxurious, deep-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, ensuring your prints are vibrant and enduring.
Cutting: Precision is crucial. -Cut out the image: Use either manual methods or advanced machinery to achieve perfect cuts with precision.
-Image Removing: Master the art of separation with ease.
Gently remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a pristine and flawless transfer every time.
Transferring: Witness the mesmerizing transformation. -Preheat your heat press to an accurate 125-165ºC/257-329°F,guaranteeing the ideal adhesive strength for perfect results.
-Position the coating on the textile with the printed side facing upwards for a seamless and impeccable application.
-Press with determination for 15-30 seconds, then remove and allow the transfer film to cool peel. Revel in the convenience of reusable transfer films for various uses.
Washing: Maintain the pristine beauty of your designs. -Refrain from washing the textile within the first 24 hours after transfer to ensure lasting quality.
-Use cold or warm water not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF to keep the vibrancy of the design intact.
-Avoid harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Gentle hand washing is advised, steering clear of abrading the transfer pattern. Do not twist, and opt for line-drying in the shade.
