We proudly offer three versatile kinds of Eco-solvent heat transfer films tailored for diverse needs: Eco-solvent film for dark fabrics, Anti-sublimation Eco-solvent film, and Eco-solvent film for light fabrics. How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

- Printer setup. Configure the print parameters precisely before starting the process. Print the desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl with impeccable detail.

Cutting

- Meticulously cut out the image either manually or with a precision machine.

- Image Removing

Carefully remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.

Transferring

- Preheat the heat press machine to a range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

- Position the coating on the textile with the printed image facing upwards for optimal transfer results.

- Firmly press for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow to cool, then peel the transfer film. Remarkably, the transfer film is reusable multiple times.

 

Washing

- For best results, refrain from washing the textile within the first 24 hours post-transfer.

- When washing, use cold or warm water up to 40ºC/104ºF.
- Avoid using strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. During hand washing, take care not to rub the transfer pattern. - Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade for best preservation.
- Dry cleaning is not recommended.
