Our diverse range of Eco-Solvent Heat Transfer Films includes options for dark fabrics, anti-sublimation needs, and light fabrics. We offer five distinct models: ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, and ECO-L3. Each model boasts unique features tailored to different fabric and design requirements.

Additionally, we provide Eco-Solvent Ink Printable Label Sticker Paper, perfect for creating custom labels with professional-quality prints.

How to work?

 

Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer setup: Configure your print parameters before starting. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting -Cut the image either manually or with a cutting machine for precision.
-Image Removal
Carefully remove the top layer of the printed transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring -Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Align the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.
-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile and allow it to cool. Peel off the transfer film. Note: the transfer film can be reused multiple times.
Washing -Avoid washing the textile for at least 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF.
-Do not use strong alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, avoid rubbing the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade.
-Do not dry clean.
