Experience seamless fabric embellishment with our Eco Solvent PU Vinyl designed specifically for heat transfer on dark fabrics. This innovative film effortlessly transfers your printed patterns directly onto fabrics, ensuring a crisp and vibrant finish every time.

Our versatile range features three types of Eco-solvent heat transfer films, each tailored to different needs: Eco-solvent film for dark fabrics, Anti-sublimation Eco-solvent film, and Eco-solvent film for light fabrics. Choose from our five distinct models-ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, and ECO-L3-each offering unique characteristics to suit your specific application.

In addition, we provide Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper, extending our product line to meet diverse creative and labeling needs.

How to work?

 

Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer setup. Configure the print parameters before initiating the process. Print the desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting -Cut out the image manually or with a cutting machine.
Image Removing
Remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring -Preheat the heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Position the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.
-Press down for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Cool peel the transfer film. (The transfer film can be reused multiple times.)
Washing -Avoid washing the textile within the first 24 hours after transfer.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF.
-Do not use strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, avoid rubbing the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Do not dry clean.
