How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

- Begin by setting up your printer. Configure the print parameters precisely before proceeding. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl, capturing every detail vividly.

Cutting

- Cut out the image using a manual or machine process for precision and ease.

-Image Removing

Gently remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the pet base to the transfer film, ensuring a clean and ready-to-transfer piece.

Transferring

- Preheat your heat press machine to a precise temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

- Position the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards, ensuring perfect alignment.

- Firmly press down for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow it to cool before peeling the transfer film. (Note: The transfer film is reusable, offering more value with each use.)

 

Washing

- For optimal results, avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.

- Clean the textile in cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature under 40ºC/104ºF.
- Refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Be gentle; avoid scrubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing. - Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is highly recommended.
- It's advised not to dry clean.
