How to work?

 

Comprehensive Operation Instructions
Precision Printing -Printer setup: Configure the print parameters meticulously before starting. Print the desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl for impeccable results.
Efficient Cutting -Cut out the image either manually or with an automated machine for precision.
-Image Removal
Carefully remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film for a seamless transition.
Flawless Transferring -Preheat the heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F for optimal results.
-Position the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.
-Press down for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow to cool before peeling the transfer film. Note: The transfer film is reusable multiple times.
Proper Washing -For best results, avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water, keeping the temperature under 40ºC/104ºF.
-Do not use strong alkaline detergents or bleach. When washing by hand, avoid rubbing the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade for best preservation.
-Avoid dry cleaning to ensure longevity of the transfer.
