How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup: Before you begin, calibrate your printer settings. Proceed by mirror printing your desired image onto the light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl, ensuring optimal precision and quality.

Cutting
-Skillfully cut out the printed image, using either manual techniques or precise machinery for accuracy.

Transferring
-Carefully cut/peel the blank areas surrounding the image. Position the vinyl on the textile, with the image side facing down. Lay an isolation paper over it. Preheat your heat transfer machine to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF, press it down for 5-15 seconds, then remove the textile and gently cool peel the PET base.

Washing
-For best results, refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF. Avoid using harsh alkaline detergents or bleach, and take care not to rub the transferred pattern during hand washing.
-Do not wring the textile. Opt for line-drying in the shade to maintain its integrity.
-Refrain from dry cleaning the textile to preserve the quality of the transfer.
