Our Eco-solvent heat transfer film offers the seamless ability to directly transfer vibrant printed designs onto various fabric types, ensuring a professional finish every time.

Our range includes three distinct types of Eco-solvent heat transfer films: for dark fabrics, anti-sublimation, and for light fabrics. With five unique models-ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, and ECO-L3-each tailored to specific needs and featuring exclusive characteristics.

We also offer Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper, extending our versatile product line.

These innovative products are designed to satisfy a broad spectrum of performance requirements, providing solutions tailored to each customer's unique needs.

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing Process

- Configure your printer settings appropriately before beginning. Carefully print the desired image onto the designated dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl for optimal results.

Cutting Procedure

- Precisely cut out the printed image, either manually or utilizing a cutting machine, to ensure accuracy.

- Image Removal

Gently remove the image's printed top layer from the pet base and ready it on the transfer film for application.

Transferring Method

- Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F for optimal adhesion.

- Position the transfer coating on the textile with the image facing upwards.

- Firmly press down for 15-30 seconds, then carefully remove the textile, allowing the transfer film to cool before peeling. The transfer film is reusable multiple times.

 

Washing Instructions

- It is advisable not to wash the textile within 24 hours after the initial transfer to ensure durability.

- Wash the textile in cool or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF.
- Avoid using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Take care not to rub the transfer pattern during hand washing. Do not wring. Line-dry in shade is recommended for best results.
- Dry cleaning is not recommended to preserve the integrity of the transfer.
