How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup. Set the optimal print parameters prior to printing. Produce your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl for vivid and lasting results.

Cutting

-Carefully cut out the image either manually or using a precision machine.

-Image Removing

Skillfully remove the printed top layer of the transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film for a flawless finish.

Transferring

-Preheat your heat press machine to the optimal temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Align and place the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards for perfect placement.

-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then carefully remove the textile. Once cooled, peel off the transfer film. (Our transfer film is designed for multiple uses, making it both practical and economical.)

 

Washing

-For best results, avoid washing the textile for 24 hours post-transfer to ensure optimal adhesion.

-When washing, use cold or warm water, keeping the temperature under 40ºC/104ºF for fabric longevity.
-Avoid using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, handle with care to avoid disturbing the transfer pattern. -Refrain from wringing. Line-dry in the shade is recommended for best preservation.
-Dry cleaning is not recommended for textiles with our heat transfer applications.
