How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Begin with the printer setup. Carefully set the print parameters before starting. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl with precision.

Cutting

-Skillfully cut out the image using either manual techniques or automated machinery.

-Image Removing

Efficiently remove the top layer of the printed transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.

Transferring

-Preheat the heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Carefully place the coating onto the fabric with the printed image facing upwards.

-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove the fabric, allowing it to cool before peeling the transfer film. (The transfer film is reusable for multiple applications.)

 

Washing

-For best results, avoid washing the fabric for at least 24 hours after transfer.

-Gently wash the fabric in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF.
-Refrain from using heavily alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently hand wash to avoid damaging the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Dry in the shade.
-Avoid dry cleaning for lasting quality.
