Revolutionizing garment printing, eco-solvent print heat transfer vinyl streamlines the process by eliminating the need for plate making, allowing direct pattern transfer onto fabrics. Ideal for bespoke, small-batch production, this high-quality vinyl features a lower transfer temperature and smooth cutting capabilities. Enjoy vibrant, resilient, and soft transferred patterns with outstanding color fastness against washing, friction, and yellowing.

 

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

Prepare your printer by setting the desired print parameters. For best results, mirror print your chosen image onto our light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl.

Cutting
Whether manually or by machine, cut out the image with precision and ease.

Transferring
Carefully trim or peel away the blank areas surrounding your image. Position the image-printed vinyl on the textile, image side down, and cover with isolation paper. Preheat your heat transfer machine to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF, press for 5-15 seconds, remove the textile, and cool peel the pet base.

Washing
To ensure durability, refrain from washing the textile for 24 hours post-transfer.
Wash in cold or warm water, ensuring it remains below 40ºC/104ºF.Avoid strong alkaline detergents and bleach. When hand washing, do not rub the transfer pattern.
Avoid wringing; line-dry in the shade instead.
Refrain from dry cleaning.
