How to work?

 

Operation Instructions
Printing - Printer Setup: Configure the print parameters meticulously before printing. Print your desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting - Cut out the image with precision manually or using a machine.
- Image Removal
Gently peel off the printed top layer of the transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring - Preheat the heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
- Carefully place the coating with the printed image facing upwards onto the textile.
- Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow it to cool before peeling off the transfer film. (The transfer film can be reused multiple times.)
Washing - It is advisable not to wash the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.
- Wash the textile in cold or warm water, preferably below 40ºC/104ºF.
- Avoid using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, be gentle with the transfer pattern. Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is recommended.
- Do not dry clean.
