Printing: Begin with setting the stage for a vibrant image transfer. Our process starts with the printer setup, where every detail is fine-tuned to facilitate stunning results. - Printer Setup: Ensure that the printer parameters are adjusted before initiating the print. Print the desired design directly onto our dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, a canvas for your creativity.
Cutting: Shape your vision with accuracy. Whether manually or mechanically, cut out the printed image with precision. - Cut out the image manually or by a cutting machine, ensuring every detail is meticulously preserved.
- Image Removing: A careful extraction of your art piece.
Remove the image's top layer from the eco-solvent transfer vinyl to the transfer film, ensuring a clean transition from the pet base.
Transferring: The magical transformation. - Preheat your heat press machine, setting the temperature to a precise range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F, ensuring optimal conditions for a perfect transfer.
- Place the prepared coating onto the textile, ensuring the printed image is facing upwards for a flawless finish.
- Press down for a precise 15-30 seconds, thereafter removing the textile. Cool peel the transfer film, which is designed for multiple uses, enhancing its utility.
Washing: Treat your masterpiece with care. - For longevity, avoid washing within 24 hours post-transfer, allowing the design to set perfectly.
- Wash the textile gently in cold or warm water, keeping temperatures below 40ºC/104ºF for optimal preservation.
- Refrain from employing harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. During hand washing, be gentle and avoid rubbing the transfer pattern. Do not wring; line-drying in the shade is recommended for best results.
- Dry cleaning is not advised to maintain the integrity of the transfer.
