Product Description

The Eco-solvent heat transfer film is designed to seamlessly transfer vibrant and detailed printed patterns directly onto various fabrics.

We proudly offer three distinct varieties of our Eco-solvent heat transfer film: Eco-solvent film for dark fabrics, Anti-sublimation Eco-solvent film, and Eco-solvent film for light fabrics. Each is available in unique models (ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, ECO-L3), each boasting specialized characteristics tailored for diverse applications.

In addition, we provide Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper for expanded versatility.

These exceptional products are engineered to fulfill a wide range of customer performance requirements, ensuring satisfaction and quality.

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup. Configure your printer with optimal print parameters. Proceed to print your desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl.

Cutting

-Cut out the printed image either manually or using a machine for precision.

-Image Removing

Delicately remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.

Transferring

-Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature setting between 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Carefully place the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.

-Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds, then gently remove the textile, allowing it to cool peel the transfer film. The durable transfer film can be reused multiple times.

 

Washing

-For best results, avoid washing the textile within the first 24 hours after transfer.

-When washing, use cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF.
-Avoid strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, refrain from rubbing the transfer pattern to preserve its integrity. -Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is recommended for optimal care.
-Refrain from dry cleaning.
