Comprehensive Operation Instructions
Printing Process -Printer Setup: Begin by setting the optimal print parameters. Carefully print the desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl for best results.
Image Cutting -Cut out the printed image precisely, either manually or using a cutting machine for accuracy.
-Image Removal Process
Carefully peel away the top printed layer from the PET base, placing it onto the transfer film.
Transferring the Design -Heat Press Preparation: Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Position the coating on the textile, ensuring the printed image is facing upwards for accurate transfer.
-Apply pressure for 15-30 seconds, then carefully remove the textile and allow it to cool before peeling the transfer film. (Reuse the transfer film for multiple applications.)
Proper Washing Guidelines -For optimal results, avoid washing the textile for 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash gently in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF for fabric longevity.
-Avoid using harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Refrain from rubbing the transfer when hand washing. Do not wring the item, and line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Dry cleaning is not recommended.
