Our UNEWPRINT Light Cotton Paper for Heat Transfer Printing is expertly designed to be compatible with all color inkjet printers. It works seamlessly with common water-based inks, including pigment ink.

Transform your creations with precision! Post-printing and heat transfer, vibrant images can be flawlessly transferred to the surface of light-colored cotton textiles, enabling you to craft a myriad of personalized items like unique T-shirts,
singlets, promotional shorts, athletic wear, hats, bags, pillows, cushions, mouse pads, handkerchiefs, gauze markings, home décor pieces, and much more.

The transferred patterns boast exceptional quality, offering vibrant colors, breathability, softness, and impressive durability against washing.

 

How to work?

 

Operation Instructions

1. Mirror Printing
-Printer setup: Select 'Photo Quality' for optimal results.Choose 'Inkjet Paper' mode for satisfactory printing outcomes.
-Mirror print the desired image onto the transfer paper.Allow the print to dry for approximately 10 minutes.
- Cut out the image either manually or using a machine.

2. Transferring- Preheat the heat press machine and set the transfer temperature to the recommended
185°C/365°F..
- Place the image-printed paper on the textile with the printed
side facing down.
- Apply medium to high pressure with the heat press for 15-30 seconds,
then carefully remove the textile from the machine.
- Peel off the base paper immediately, or once it has cooled or warmed for the best results.

3. Washing
- For optimal results, do not wash the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.

- Wash the textile in cold water or at 30-40°C /86-104°F,with the transferred pattern turned inside out.
- Avoid using strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Be gentle when hand-washing the transferred pattern.

- Do not wring. Line dry in the shade is recommended.
