Our eco-solvent printable heat transfer vinyl simplifies the garment printing process exquisitely, eliminating the need for plate making, and allowing direct pattern transfers onto fabrics. Ideal for low-volume, customized product creation, this premium vinyl boasts a lower transfer temperature. It offers smooth cutting and transfers images that are not only highly resilient and soft but also exhibit exceptional color fastness against washing, friction, and yellowing.

 

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup is crucial. Begin by setting the print parameters, then mirror print your desired image onto the light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl.

Cutting
-Easily cut out your image either manually or using a machine for precision.

Transferring
-Carefully cut/peel off the excess vinyl around your image. Position the image-printed vinyl onto the textile, image side down, and cover with an isolation paper. Preheat your heat transfer machine to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF, press firmly for 5-15 seconds, then remove the textile and cool peel the pet base.

Washing
-For optimal results, refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.
-Wash textiles in cool or lukewarm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF. Avoid using strong alkaline detergents or bleach, and be gentle with the transfer design during hand washes.
-Do not twist or wring the fabric. We recommend line-drying in shaded areas.
-Avoid dry cleaning the textile.
