Introducing our innovative light-colored eco-solvent transfer film vinyl, expertly developed for use with eco-solvent inkjet printers. This versatile solution is perfect for imprinting detailed and vibrant designs onto a wide range of light-colored textiles and leathers, including gym wear, T-shirts, hats, bags, sofa cushions, and mouse pads.

Our eco-solvent print heat transfer vinyl streamlines the garment printing process, eliminating the need for plate-making. This allows for direct pattern transfer onto fabrics, making it ideal for producing small batches of customized items. The high-quality light-colored eco-solvent inkjet transfer vinyl offers a lower transfer temperature, ensuring smooth cuts and transfers with high resilience, softness, and exceptional color-fastness against washing, friction, and yellowing.

 

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup: Prior to printing, configure the print settings. Execute a mirror print of your desired image on the light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl.

Cutting
-Manually or using a machine, meticulously cut out the image.

Transferring
-Remove the blank perimeter surrounding the image, then position the image-printed vinyl on the fabric with the image side down. Place an isolation paper on top. Preheat the heat transfer machine to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF, apply pressure for 5-15 seconds, remove the fabric, and allow the PET base to cool before peeling.

Washing
-For best results, avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer.
-When washing, use cold or warm water not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF. Refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach, and carefully avoid rubbing the transfer design during hand washing.
-Do not wring out. It is best to line-dry in the shade.
-Avoid dry cleaning.
