How to work?

 

Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer setup: Set the desired print parameters before printing. Print the desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl with precision.
Cutting -Cut out the image either manually or using a cutting machine for accuracy.
-Image Removing
Carefully remove the top layer of transfer vinyl, which contains the printed image, from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring -Preheat the heat press machine to an optimal temperature of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Place the transfer coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.
-Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds. Remove the textile and perform a cool peel of the transfer film. (The transfer film is reusable for multiple applications.)
Washing -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours of the transfer process.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 40ºC/104ºF.
-Avoid using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. When hand washing, do not rub the transfer pattern. -Refrain from wringing. Line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Do not dry clean to maintain the quality of the transfer.
