Our five distinct models-ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, and ECO-L3-each boast unique characteristics, ensuring optimal performance for every application.

How to work?

 

Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer setup. Configure the print parameters before initiating the process. Print the desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting -Cut out the image either manually or using a cutting machine.
-Image Removing
Remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring -Preheat your heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Position the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing up.
-Press down for 15-30 seconds. Remove the textile, then cool peel the transfer film. (The transfer film is reusable multiple times.)
Washing -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours after the transfer process.
-Wash the textile in cold or warm water, ensuring the temperature stays below 40ºC/104ºF.
-Refrain from using strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Avoid rubbing the transfer pattern when hand washing. -Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Do not dry clean.
