How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

- Begin by configuring your printer with the precise parameters. Carefully print the desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl to ensure the most vibrant and spectacular results.

Cutting

- Achieve impeccable precision by cutting out the image manually or employing a cutting machine, ensuring sleek and perfectly neat edges.

- Image Removing

Gently peel away the meticulously printed top layer from the PET base, effortlessly transferring it onto the film for a flawless, professional finish.

Transferring

- Preheat your heat press machine to an optimal temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F, ensuring perfect transfer conditions.

- Place the transfer coating onto the textile with care, ensuring the printed image faces upwards for a seamless transfer.

- Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds. Remove the textile and allow it to cool thoroughly before peeling back the transfer film, which retains its utility and can be reused multiple times, offering both efficiency and economy.

 

Washing

- To preserve the image's integrity, abstain from washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer, ensuring durability.

- Wash the textile in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF, which safeguards the premium quality of the print.
- Avoid the use of harsh alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently hand wash without rubbing the transfer pattern. Refrain from wringing; instead, air dry in the shade to maintain the best aesthetic results.
- Avoid dry cleaning to extend the longevity and vibrancy of the transfer, ensuring your custom project remains stunning over time.
