Printing begins by perfectly setting up your printer to ensure every parameter is calibrated for optimal results, giving you superior quality prints. -Printer setup: Delicately configure the print parameters with precision before initiating your tasks. Craft your desired designs onto the richly hued, dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, guaranteeing vibrant and enduring prints that captivate and last.
Cutting: Precision is paramount. -Cut out the image: Utilize state-of-the-art machinery or manual skills to achieve impeccable cuts, ensuring accuracy and excellence.
-Image Removing: Execute with grace.
Carefully separate the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base onto the transfer film, securing a pristine transfer each time.
Transferring: Witness the enchanting transformation. -Preheat your heat press to an exact 125-165ºC/257-329°F,to ensure peak adhesive strength and flawless application.
-Position the coating on the textile with the printed side facing upwards, achieving a seamless and impeccable application.
-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove and cool peel the transfer film. Revel in the advantage of reusable transfer films for repeated applications.
Washing: Preserve the pristine allure of your designs. -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to preserve its pristine quality and prevent premature fading.
-Opt for cold or warm water under 40ºC/104ºF, maintaining the design's brilliant vibrancy and integrity.
-Steer clear of strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Gentle hand washing is ideal, avoiding any abrasion to the transfer pattern. Do not twist and prefer line-drying in the shade.
-Avoid dry cleaning to extend the life and splendor of your design.
