How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Set your printer and parameters to optimal settings. Print your desired image onto dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl with precision.

Cutting

-Effortlessly cut out the image manually or utilize machine precision.

-Image Removing

Delicately separate the printed image top layer from the PET base to prepare the transfer film.

Transferring

-Preheat your heat press machine between 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Position the coating onto the fabric, ensuring the printed image faces upwards for clarity.

-Press down confidently for 15-30 seconds, then remove and cool peel the transfer film. (The transfer film is reusable multiple times for efficiency.)

 

Washing

-For optimal results, abstain from washing the fabric within 24 hours post-transfer.

-Wash with cold or warm water, keeping temperatures below 40ºC/104ºF to preserve the design's integrity.
-Avoid any strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Gently wash without rubbing the transfer pattern. Refrain from wringing out fabric and line-dry in the shade for best results.
-Strictly no dry cleaning to maintain the design's longevity.
