The Eco-solvent heat transfer film can transfer the printed pattern directly on the fabrics.
We have 3 kinds of Eco-solvent heat transfer film(Eco-solvent film for dark fabrics, Anti-sublimation Eco-solvent film and Eco-solvent film for light fabrics), and 5 models(ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8,ECO-D6, ECO-L3), every model is with unique characteristic.
We also have Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper.
These products can meet customers' various product performance requirements.
Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer Setup: Begin by configuring your printer settings to match the specific print parameters. Carefully print your desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl.
Cutting -Image Cutting: Precisely cut out the printed image either manually or using a cutting machine.
-Image Removing
Remove the printed image's top layer from the PET base to the transfer film with care.
Transferring -Preheat: Set the heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Application: Place the transfer film onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.
-Pressing: Apply pressure for 15-30 seconds. After pressing, remove the textile and allow it to cool. Cool peel the transfer film. Note: The transfer film is reusable.
Washing -Initial Care: Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours of the transfer.
-Washing Instructions: Clean the textile in cold or warm water, ensuring the water temperature does not exceed 40ºC/104ºF.
-Detergent Guide: Refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Do not rub the transfer pattern during hand washing. Avoid wringing, and line-dry the textile in the shade for best results.
-Do not dry clean.
