Product Description

 

This versatile Hot Transfer Paper is designed for use with all color inkjet printers, making it compatible with common water-based inks, including pigment ink.

Once printed and heat-transferred, vivid images can be seamlessly transferred onto light-colored cotton textiles. This allows you to create a variety of personalized products, such as one-of-a-kind T-shirts,
singlets, promotional shorts, sportswear, hats, bags, pillows, cushions, mouse pads, handkerchiefs, gauze marks, home decorations, and more.

The patterns transferred onto your products are of exceptional quality-vibrant, breathable, soft, and highly resistant to washing.

 

How to work?

 

Detailed Operation Instructions

1. Mirror Printing
- Printer Configuration: For optimal results, configure your printer to 'Photo Quality' settings.Use 'Inkjet Paper' mode to achieve superior printing quality.
-Mirror print your desired image onto the transfer paper.Allow it to dry for approximately 10 minutes.
- Trim the image manually or with a cutting machine for precision.

2. Transferring Process- Preheat your heat press machine to ensure a smooth transfer process.
Set the transfer temperature to the recommended level of 185°C / 365°F.
- Position the image-printed paper on your textile, ensuring the printed side faces down.

- Apply heat press with medium or high pressure for 15-30 seconds, depending on the fabric and desired results.
Carefully remove the textile from the machine post-press.
- For best results, peel off the base paper immediately or when it is warm or cooled, as preferred.

3. Post-Transferring Washing Instructions
- Avoid washing the textile within the first 24 hours after transfer.

- When washing, use cold water or water with a temperature of 30-40°C /86-104°F. Turn the garment inside out to protect the transferred pattern.
- Avoid using strongly alkaline detergents and bleach.
When hand washing, do not rub the transferred pattern.

- Do not wring the textile. Line drying in shade is recommended to maintain the quality of the transfer.
