Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer setup: Configure your print parameters meticulously before commencing. Print the desired image onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl to achieve optimal results.
Cutting -Cutting: Carefully cut out the image manually or using a precision machine.
-Image Removing
Remove the image. Gently lift the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring -Preheat the heat press machine to a temperature range of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Position the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards for an impeccable transfer.
-Apply firm pressure for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow it to cool, and peel the transfer film. (The transfer film is reusable multiple times.)
Washing -For best results, avoid washing the textile within the first 24 hours post-transfer.
-When washing, use cold or warm water, maintaining a temperature below 40ºC/104ºF.
-Avoid harsh detergents or bleach. Refrain from rubbing the transfer pattern during hand washing. Do not wring. Line-drying in the shade is recommended.
-Dry cleaning is strictly not recommended.
