How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Begin your project by setting the printer parameters. Print your selected image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl for vibrant, lasting impressions.

Cutting

-Achieve precision cuts by either manual methods or using automated machines for flawless results.

-Image Removing

Carefully peel away the printed top layer from the PET base, preparing it for seamless transfer onto your chosen fabric.

Transferring

-Preheat your heat press machine to an optimal temperature of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Position the coating on the textile with the printed image facing upwards for best results.

-Firmly press for 15-30 seconds, then allow the textile to cool before gently peeling the transfer film. Reuse the transfer film multiple times for economical efficiency.

 

Washing

-For optimal durability, refrain from washing the textile within 24 hours of transfer.

-Wash using cold or warm water below 40ºC/104ºF to maintain the fabric's integrity.
-Avoid harsh alkaline detergents and bleach. Gently wash without disturbing the transfer pattern. Avoid wringing and for best results, line-dry in the shade.
-Refrain from dry cleaning to preserve the transfer's quality.
