The Eco-solvent heat transfer film allows you to effortlessly transfer printed patterns directly onto various fabrics, ensuring vibrant and durable designs.

We offer three distinct types of Eco-solvent heat transfer film tailored for various needs: one for dark fabrics, an anti-sublimation variant, and one specifically for light fabrics. With five unique models-ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, and ECO-L3-each model is designed with specific characteristics to meet diverse application needs.

In addition, we provide Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper, perfect for creating custom labels.

How to work?

 

Operation Instructions
Printing -Printer Setup. Adjust the print parameters accordingly before starting the process. Print your desired image directly onto the dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl for optimal results.
Cutting -Cut out the image either manually or using a cutting machine for precision.
-Image Removing
Carefully remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film.
Transferring -Preheat your heat press machine to a precise temperature between 125-165ºC/257-329°F.
-Position the coating onto the textile with the image side facing upwards.
-Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds. Remove the textile and cool peel the transfer film. (The transfer film can be reused multiple times.)
Washing -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours to ensure optimal adhesion.
-Clean the textile in cold or warm water, staying below 40ºC/104ºF.
-Avoid using strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Refrain from rubbing the transfer pattern during hand washing. Do not wring. Line-dry in shade is recommended.
-Do not dry clean.
