How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup. Ensure precise printer settings before printing. Expertly print your desired image onto the high-quality dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl for stunning results.

Cutting

-Seamlessly cut out the image, whether manually or using a machine, for precise application.

-Image Removing

Effortlessly remove the top layer of the printed transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film for smooth transition.

Transferring

-Preheat your heat press machine to an optimal temperature of 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

-Carefully place the coated textile with the printed image upwards.

-Press for a brief 15-30 seconds, then gently remove the textile. For best results, cool peel the transfer film-ideal for multiple uses.

 

Washing

-For best practices, avoid washing the textile for at least 24 hours post-transfer.

-Use cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF, to gently cleanse the textile.
-Steer clear of strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Refrain from rubbing the transfer pattern during hand washing to maintain its brilliance. -Do not wring. Line-dry in the shade is recommended for optimal longevity.
-Refrain from dry cleaning to preserve the quality.
