With our remarkable Eco-solvent heat transfer film, you can effortlessly transfer any printed pattern directly onto your chosen fabrics, ensuring a seamless and vibrant finish every time.

Our collection includes three distinctive types of Eco-solvent heat transfer films: eco-solvent film for dark fabrics, anti-sublimation eco-solvent film, and eco-solvent film for light fabrics. We offer five unique models: ECO-D5, ECO-D7, ECO-D8, ECO-D6, and ECO-L3, each boasting its own unique features and characteristics to cater to diverse creative needs.

In addition to our versatile heat transfer films, we provide Eco-solvent ink printable label sticker paper to enhance your design possibilities.

How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

- Begin by setting up your printer with the correct parameters. Carefully print the desired image onto the dark-colored

eco-solvent transfer vinyl to achieve the best results.

Cutting

- Precisely cut out the image either manually or using a cutting machine for neat edges.

- Image Removing

Gently separate the printed top layer from the PET base, transferring it onto the film effortlessly for a flawless finish.

Transferring

- Preheat your heat press machine to an optimal 125-165ºC/257-329°F.

- Carefully place the transfer coating onto the textile, ensuring the printed image is facing upwards.

- Press down firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile. Allow to cool before peeling the transfer film, which can be reused multiple times for efficiency.

 

Washing

- Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to maintain image integrity.

- Clean the textile in cold or warm water, not exceeding 40ºC/104ºF, to protect the quality of the print.
- Refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Hand wash gently, avoiding any rubbing of the transfer pattern. Do not wring; air dry in the shade for best results.
- Steer clear of dry cleaning to prolong the lifespan of the transfer.
