How to work?

Operation Instructions

Printing

-Printer setup. Commence by setting up the print parameters for the task. Ensure to mirror print the desired imagery onto the light-colored eco-solvent transfer vinyl for optimal results.

Cutting
-Precision is key. Manually or with the aid of a cutting machine, expertly cut out your image.

Transferring
-Attention to detail: Carefully trim/peel away the excess blank around your design. Lay the printed vinyl face down on the fabric and cover with isolation paper. Preheat your heat press to 125-165ºC/257-329ºF and press for 5-15 seconds. Then, gently remove the textile and cool peel the PET base.

Washing
-For optimal longevity, refrain from washing the textile within the first 24 hours post-transfer.
-Use cold or warm water, not exceeding40ºC/104ºF. Avoid harsh alkaline detergents or bleach and be gentle when washing by hand, steering clear of rubbing the transferred pattern.
-Do not wring the fabric. Instead, air dry it in the shade for best results.
-Avoid dry cleaning for maintaining print integrity.
