Printing starts by meticulously setting up your printer for perfection. Adjust every parameter to achieve optimal, professional results. -Printer Setup: Take precise care to configure the print parameters meticulously before beginning. Print your desired designs onto our luxurious, dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, guaranteeing vibrant and enduring prints that capture attention.
Cutting: Achieve precision with every cut. -Cut Out the Image: Whether using manual techniques or advanced machinery, ensure exactness in every cut you make.
-Image Removing: Separate with skill and precision.
Gently remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a seamless and clean transfer every time.
Transferring: Unlock the magic of impeccable transformation. -Preheat your heat press to an exact temperature of 125-165ºC/257-329°F,ensuring the adhesive reaches optimal strength.
-Position the coating expertly on the textile with the printed side facing upwards for a flawless application process.
-Press firmly for 15-30 seconds, then remove and cool peel the transfer film. Experience the convenience of reusable transfer films for multiple applications.
Washing: Maintain your designs in pristine condition. -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to ensure high quality preservation.
