Begin the printing process by meticulously setting up your printer. Ensure every parameter is finely tuned to achieve the most exceptional results. -Printer setup: Ensure all print parameters are precisely configured before initiating the process. Print your chosen designs onto the deep, dark-colored
eco-solvent transfer vinyl, ensuring that your prints are both vibrant and enduring.
Cutting: Precision is absolutely crucial. -Cut out the image: Utilize either manual methods or advanced machinery to achieve precise and accurate cuts.
-Image Removing: Execute the separation with expert finesse.
Gently remove the printed top layer of transfer vinyl from the PET base to the transfer film, ensuring a flawless transfer every single time.
Transferring: Witness the enchanting transformation process. -Preheat your heat press to a precise and controlled 125-165ºC/257-329°F,ensuring the adhesive strength is at its optimal level.
-Carefully position the coating on the textile with the printed side facing upwards, ensuring a flawless and impeccable application.
-Press firmly for a duration of 15-30 seconds, then remove and allow the transfer film to cool before peeling. Benefit from reusable transfer films, perfect for multiple applications.
Washing: Preserve the pristine quality of your designs. -Avoid washing the textile within 24 hours post-transfer to ensure quality preservation.
-Choose cold or warm water below 40ºC/104ºF to maintain the vibrancy and brilliance of the design.
-Refrain from using strong alkaline detergents or bleach. Opt for gentle hand washing to avoid abrading the transfer pattern. Do not twist; instead, line-dry in the shade is recommended.
-Avoid dry cleaning to extend the longevity of your design.
